Using the LEED rating system for environmentally sustainable development, Planning Resources worked closely with architects and engineers to create a unique and environmentally sensitive site for the new Bolingbrook High School . The design program included numerous athletic fields as well as a lighted stadium with an irrigated football/soccer field. Native deep-rooted plants used in the landscape plan help to reduce storm water runoff, provide water efficient landscape and enhance water quality.
